Shipping FAQ



How long will my tapestry take to ship? It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for domestic orders, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

Where will my tapestry be shipped from? All tapestries are imported from mills in Europe and then shipped from our warehouses in Canada and Washington State.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping? Yes. If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them to shipping@medieval-tapestry-wallhangings.com. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.

What if my tapestry is not in stock when I order? If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As these tapestries all come from Europe items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at stock@medieval-tapestry-wallhangings.com. Please include the item name and size in your email.

How do I hang my tapestry? The best and easiest way to hang your tapestry is with a rod and brackets. Please visit our Care & Maintenance Information Page for more details.

What is your return policy? We accept returns for 30 days with an RMA number.
